Home / Accreditations

Qualified, registered and independently approved

We're NAPIT registered and TrustMark endorsed, giving you the reassurance that your electrical work is carried out by a competent, properly registered contractor. Below, we explain what these accreditations mean and why they matter when choosing an electrician.

Our accreditations

What our registrations mean for you

Trade accreditations should be more than just logos on a website. They provide reassurance that the contractor you choose has been assessed and works to recognised standards. We're NAPIT registered and TrustMark endorsed. Below, we explain what each accreditation means and the additional reassurance it provides when you choose us for your electrical work.

NAPIT registered electrical contractor

NAPIT registered

NAPIT registration means our competence is independently assessed on an ongoing basis and our work must meet the required technical and safety standards. For relevant notifiable electrical work, we can self-certify compliance with the Building Regulations and notify the work through NAPIT, with the appropriate compliance certificate issued to you. Our NAPIT membership number is 78831, which you can verify directly with NAPIT.

TrustMark, government endorsed quality

TrustMark

TrustMark is the UK Government-Endorsed Quality Scheme for work carried out in and around the home. Being TrustMark registered means we're required to meet recognised standards for technical competence, customer service and fair trading practices. It also gives our customers additional reassurance should something go wrong, with a formal complaints and dispute resolution process available beyond dealing with us directly.
