What to send

Three photos and a postcode

Takes about two minutes standing in your driveway.

Your fuse board. Open the cupboard, stand back a bit and get the whole board in shot. It's the grey or white box with all the switches in it.
Your meter and the main fuse. Usually next to the board, sometimes in a box outside. We're reading the number printed on the fuse, so get close enough that it's legible.
Where the charger goes. Stand where you park the car and photograph the wall.

Then a postcode and a number and that's you done.

Our remote survey

Our online survey allows us to assess most of what we need to prepare your EV charger quotation before visiting your property.

We will still carry out a full survey if required before installation to make sure everything is safe and compliant.

What happens next

You get a price range on screen. Once you've completed the survey, you'll see an estimated price range based on the information you've provided.
We check the details. We'll look at your electrical setup, cable route and proposed charger location. If anything affects the quotation, we'll explain what's required and why.
You get a firm figure and a date. We'll come back to you within 24 hours, confirm the final price and get a date in the diary to come and fit it.
